Freeform 1:1 coaching combines Pilates, mobility training, assisted stretching and dance-informed strength within a personalised framework.

These practices work in relation to one another. Mobility may be developed to improve range of motion. Strength may be prioritised to support stability and control. Flexibility is progressed with the appropriate foundation.

Sessions are intelligently structured, progressive and responsive to your body’s development.
