Meet Francesca
Hi, I’m Francesca, and I live in Sydney, Australia—a place that inspires me with its energy, movement, and connection to nature. I work in the arts as a Performer, Choreographer, and Teacher, and in the fitness industry as a Yoga, Pilates, and Mobility Coach. But more than anything, I am a creator, a teacher, and someone who loves helping people reconnect with their bodies and themselves.
For me, movement is more than just a practice—it’s a way of expressing, discovering, and understanding who we are. Whether I’m choreographing a performance, guiding a class, or working one-on-one, I love creating experiences that allow people to move with freedom, confidence, and joy.
Teaching is at the heart of everything I do. Seeing people grow, unlock new possibilities, and connect more deeply with their movement fuels my passion every single day. I believe movement should feel good, accessible, and empowering, no matter your background or experience.
My work is rooted in this belief: that movement has the power to transform, to heal, and to bring us home to ourselves. It’s not just about fitness or technique—it’s about discovering a deeper connection to your body and finding a sense of freedom in how you move and express yourself.
Beyond my work, I find inspiration in the things that make me feel alive and free—rollerskating, surfing, and exploring movement in all its forms. These passions, much like my teaching, reflect my love for play, creativity, and pushing past limits.
