Francesca Gozdek

Francesca Gozdek is an Italian contemporary dancer, choreographer and movement director based in Sydney.

With over 15 years of experience in the international dance industry, she works across contemporary performance, dance film and embodied practice while teaching Pilates, mobility training and strength conditioning throughout Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

She is the director of Interchange Dance Project, an independent contemporary dance company creating performance and film work in Australia and internationally. She also founded Freeform — a curated movement platform offering Pilates, mobility, flexibility and contemporary floor-based training through in-person classes and online coaching.

Her work integrates artistic performance with functional movement, creating experiences that cultivate strength, presence and community.
